Our take on our cultural heritage, the Turkish Coffee, is to use well-cultivated beans and "correct" roasting methods. Our dream is to preserve the essence of this heritage, exemplify the development of new dimensions and bring it to life…

When we set out to do this, we worked in unision with the 2013 World Cezve / İbrik ( Turkish Coffe Pot ) Champion, Turgay Yıldızlı to develop Kronotrop’s "Special Blend" and "Single Orijin" coffees. Each choise was made giving precedence to the beans character.
