A New Generation of Strength from Vietnam: Fine Robusta Grown in the Bao Lam region of Lam Dong, this fine robusta is a product of volcanic soil, tropical high-altitude climate, and ideal growing conditions that together yield exceptional quality.

As arabica varieties struggle to adapt to the realities of climate change, fine robusta steps up with its resilience and increasing quality potential. But it’s not just durable—it’s bold and full of character. Thanks to its strong caffeine kick, this coffee is more energizing and stimulating, making it an ideal choice for athletes and anyone seeking high performance.

Cultivated in Harmony with Nature These coffee trees grow alongside jackfruit, lychee, avocado, and black pepper trees. Natural shade encourages a slower ripening process, enhancing flavor intensity. Black pepper acts as a natural pest deterrent, minimizing the need for chemicals. The soil is enriched with a mix of organic fertilizers—cascara combined with buffalo, cow, and chicken manure—creating a thriving, biodiverse environment. This isn’t a plantation drawn with a ruler—it’s a coffee forest that thrives in its natural rhythm.

RED HONEY Process In this method, about 80% of the mucilage remains on the bean, creating a sweet layer that contributes to fermentation. Afterward, the beans are dried on raised beds under controlled conditions. The result? A balanced acidity, velvety body, and layered, sweet flavor notes.

Generations of Craftsmanship This coffee is the fruit of a family-run farm, now in its 2nd or 3rd generation. Each harvest is a reflection of deep-rooted experience, care for the land, and a passion for quality. At Kronotrop, we’re proud to be one of the first brands to introduce specialty robusta to Turkey. Innovative, sustainable, and bold—this coffee is not just an alternative, it’s a new choice.
